Creativity

Courses we offer

In today’s competitive markets, the most important resource that each company has is their human resources.

Companies want to improve the problem solving skills and creativity of their staff. They want their staff to think “out of the box”. Companies want their staff to create solutions to problems that take into account the entire range of consequences and domino effects, rather than just addressing the immediate problem.

Eloquence offers training for Thinking out of the Box.

Thinking out of the Box

This set of workshops train the participants to create solutions to problems and to develop their projects in ways that take cognizance of the myriad of consequences of their solutions. Rather than stopping with the first solution they think of; they will evaluate the domino effects of their solution and create solutions that meet the range of needs of their organization and it’s business partners (customers, suppliers, employees and others).

Managing Innovation

Managing Innovation means creating a culture within a company where innovative, yet practical solutions to the companies efforts are the norm. Most companies believe that innovation is not manageable. The reality is that creating a culture of innovation, of “thinking out of the box” can itself be a managed endeavor.

This course shows you how.

Inventive Techniques

People are often asked to be “creative” or “inventive”. This course shows 10 specific techniques for being inventive. Much of this course is based on the work of Altshuller, (The Triz Method) and related methodologies (ASIT and others). These techniques were created on the basis of studying tens of thousands of patents and identifying the similarities of the key insight in the “inventive step” of these inventions. The key insights fit into a small number of categories, regardless of the actual scientific or engineering discipline. These techniques apply equally to business as they do to engineering endeavors.
